  • There are lots of things we envy about Holly Willoughby…

Her outfits on This Morning, her perfect hair colour. Not to mention that segment where she tastes wine at 11am and gets paid for it. It’s fair to say her peachy, glowing complexion is also on the list.

So when we discovered discovered one of our favourite make up primers was a go-to for Holly Willoughby’s make up artist, we had to share the news.

What primer is used for Holly Willoughby’s make up?

Make up Artist Patsy O’Niell, who works with Holly backstage on This Morning and Dancing On Ice, used Suqqu Treatment Serum Primer to create this stunning beauty look.

This silky primer has long been a favourite of the W&H Beauty Team. Like everything from the Japanese brand it has an ultra-refined texture. It’s also packed with skin nourishing oils, including camellia seed and safflower.

A touch of  rosy pink pigment brightens and colour corrects the skin, while smoothing out lines and pores and leaving a gorgeous dewy finish.

With its light and spreadable texture, the primer is designed to be used as the first step in your make-up routine. Smooth it on with your hands to create a smooth, even canvas for foundation and lightly blur out texture inconsistencies.

It also includes SPF15 protection and locks hydration in so that radiant glow will last.

At £42 it’s fair to say this isn’t a budget buy. But this luxe treat bridges the gap between skincare and make-up so is definitely an example of getting what you pay for.

Now if only we could sort the wardrobe and the morning wine tasting we’d be sorted!
