  • Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are yet to announce where their marital home is, but it’s likely they are living in a key royal residence.

Where are Princess Beatrice and Edoardo currently living?

The couple are thought to be living in the royal residence, Nottingham Cottage.

The property was left vacant when Prince Harry and his wife Meghan relocated to the United States, meaning it can be occupied by someone else.

The property is located near Ivy Cottage, where Princess Beatrice’s sister Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank live, and is located within the grounds of Kensington Palace.

The two-bedroom residence has been nicknamed “Nott Cott” and its small size in comparison to other royal homes is ideal for the newly-wed couple.

The property also boasts two reception rooms, a kitchen, bathroom and garden, with interiors designed by Sir Christopher Wren.

Before tying the knot, Prince Beatrice was living in the apartment she once shared with Eugenie inside of St James’s Palace in London.

It is thought that Edo lived there with Beatrice for a short period of time, too.

The couple then later moved to his £1.5million family home in Chipping Norton in the Cotswolds, where they spent the coronavirus lockdown.

However, it has also been reported that the couple may move to Edo’s family villa in Italy.

The couple married in July in a secret ceremony surrounded only by their close family and friends.

They only had 20 guests in attendance and couldn’t host a wedding reception due to coronavirus lockdown restrictions.

However, they reportedly invited friends to Beatrice’s parents’ home of Royal Lodge to continue the celebrations.
