Ruth Langsford has revealed how she keeps up with this healthy habit every day.
For most of us, our routine seems to have gone one way or the other during lockdown.
Either we’ve been up at the crack of dawn, taking our daily exercise, enjoying more time to cook up nutritious meals without the daily commute and getting involved with the plethora of online workouts available, or we’ve been resigned to the sofa scoffing banana bread while we anxiously wait for this whole thing to pass.
Ruth Langsford, one of our favourite and most relatable faces on telly, is firmly in camp one, and has been setting a great example in terms of diet and exercise throughout lockdown.
And now the This Morning star has revealed a handy hack for boosting your health on the daily in the most effective way we know – by drinking more water. Ruth took to her Instagram stories to show a picture of the huge BuildLife water bottle she’s invested in in order to drink more water throughout the day.
The markings on the water bottle read, ‘7am: Good morning! 9am: You’ve got it, 11am: Remember your goal, 1pm: That’s it! 3pm: Keep drinking, 5pm: No excuses, 7pm: A little bit more, 9pm: Well done!’
Ruth captioned the video, ‘Trying to drink more water… This def helps!’
On the website, the brand explains how the product aims to keep its users motivated. It reads, ‘The BuildLife water jug can let you fall in love with drinking not just because your body need.It has a wide enough mouth to add ice cubes or fruits like lemon, orange, and others to make your life healthier:One gallon super big capacity which can replenish the moisture loss after you do exercise.’
60-year-old Ruth has been keeping on top of her diet and exercise routine during lockdown.
Just yesterday, she posted a video of herself back in the gym, lifting some weights.
We think you look fabulous, Ruth! Keep up the good work…
